505
Nashville's Tallest Residential Tower
The proof of concept for everything that followed. 505 rises 45 stories at the corner of Church Street and 5th Avenue as a floor-to-ceiling curved glass tower and Nashville's tallest building by occupied floors. Originally approved for 60 stories as the first iteration of what would become PARAMOUNT, 505 was delivered at 45 stories and immediately changed the standard for high-rise living in Nashville.
The LEED Silver certified building includes 350 apartments and 177 condominiums, with units ranging from studios under 400 square feet to penthouses exceeding 4,000. A 45,000-square-foot amenity level features two pools, private cabanas, fire pits, a tennis court, and entertainment spaces. Named Best New Skyscraper in the 2017 Nashville Scene "Best of Nashville" Awards.
Tony Giarratana and his family live in the two-story penthouse at the top of 505, the highest occupied residence in the state.
